Wouldn’t it be better for your client to hear…
“oh, we were really looking forward to seeing you today. When will I see you again? Shall we rebook you now?”
Or,
“ok, but don’t leave it too long before your next appointment. We don’t want all your investment wasted, do we? Your skin’s/body’s looking so fantastic now!” It’s that personal touch that makes people want to come to your salon and stay a client – are you offering it to your customers? If not, why not!
