TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. We take reasonable steps in the preparation and maintenance of this Website to ensure that the descriptions and any claims we make with respect to our services and products are fair and accurate.
  2. We have made every reasonable effort to reproduce colours on the Website as accurately as possible. However different computers reproduce colours slightly differently and we therefore cannot and do not guarantee that the on-screen colours of any of our products will exactly match the colour of the product itself. You are advised therefore to treat on-screen colours as being indicative only of the actual colour of our products.

Collin has a no tolerance policy regarding the use of our trademarks, registered names or product names in metatags and/or hidden text. Specifically the use of our trademarks or names in metatag keywords is trademark infringement and the use of trademarks or names in page text, metatags and/or hidden text for purpose of gaining higher rankings from search engines is unfair competition. Linking to any Collin web page is prohibited without express written permission from Collin. Framing, inline linking or other association of the Collin Website or its materials with links, advertisements and/or other information not originating from the Collin Website is expressly prohibited.

  1. All brand names, product and service names and titles used in this Website are trademarks, trade names or service marks of Collin and their third party suppliers. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

The waiver by either party of a breach or right under this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or right. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed from the remainder of this Agreement which will otherwise remain in full force and effect. Arbitration by using our site, you agree that Collin may at its sole discretion require you to submit any disputes arising from the use of this site, these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy to final and binding arbitration under the International Arbitration Rules except that in all cases the substantive law of England will apply. Any award in an arbitration initiated under this clause shall be limited to monetary damages and shall include no injunction. Further the arbitrator(s) shall have no authority to award punitive, consequential or other incidental damages.

LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England. PRIVACY POLICY

When you log on to the collin.ltd.uk website we respect your privacy. Collin uses the information you provide us to help personalise product information and offers. We only use your name and address information to mail you marketing materials and free sample offers. We will never give nor sell your user information or e-mail address to anyone without your consent.

  1. E-mail Privacy Matters: We use your e-mail address only to send you the requested information about Collin.
  2. Cookies and your Computer: Like most websites we use “cookie” technology. SECURITY

Collin is not a shopping site. We will never ask you to buy or pay for any products or services by e-mail or on our Website.

RETAIL NOTICE

  1. Collin homecare products are available only from Appointed Salon and Spa Stockists.
  2. Collin homecare products should be purchased only after you have had your skin analysed and specific suitable products prescribed for your home use by your qualified Collin Therapist.
  3. Skin analysis should be repeated at least 2 or 3 times per year to be accurate and up to date.
  4. We do recommend that you continue your salon treatment along with the regular and continued use of Collin homecare as prescribed by your Collin Therapist.
  5. We do not recommend any use of any of the Collin homecare products without a current and up to date skin consultation and prescription by your Collin Appointed Therapist.
  6. We do not recommend buying Collin products from any internet auction sites. Many have been out of date, unsuitable and in some cases even partly used.
    In fact no warranties or guarantees for skin type or product suitability are given for Collin homecare products without a current Collin homecare prescription from your Collin Therapist. We will not sell Collin homecare products without such a consultation.
  7. Most Collin Appointed Salons offer skin analysis and consultation FREE or for a small charge. Please phone for an appointment or ask for your “Collin Homecare Prescription” at your next salon visit. To find your nearest Appointed Collin Salon visit www.collin.ltd.uk/salonfinder . This way you can be sure that your skin is receiving the most appropriate and best care in between your salon visits.
